A. The ages on my ticker are incorrect

This sometimes happens for no apparent reason. Please send an email to support@bump-and-beyond.com including the code you use to display your ticker, and the date which isn't showing correctly. We'll fix the problem as soon as possible.

A. How do I add extra dates

When creating your ticker, you'll be asked to select the number of dates you want to include. Non-members can add up to 3 dates, standard members can add up to 5 dates, premium members can add up to 10 dates.

If you're a premium member and require more than 10 dates, send an email to support@bump-and-beyond.com.

A. How can I edit my ticker

This facility is only available to premium members.

If you are a premium member, go to the my tickers page and click the 'edit' button under your ticker.
